01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the jl855 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jl855 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific games or promotions made available through the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl855 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl855 platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players based in the Philippines. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account with jl855, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from the jl855 platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of jl855 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

jl855 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active jl855 account at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl855 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and to forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits held across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update that information if it changes. Your registered name must exactly match the name on your government-issued identification document. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl855 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. jl855 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jl855 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jl855 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. You agree to cooperate fully with the KYC process, which may include submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and source-of-funds documentation. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may have withdrawal requests placed on hold.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the jl855 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied by jl855. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, which are outside jl855's control.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

jl855 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), and Cebuana. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jl855 account instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times. jl855 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or telecommunications providers.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the timelines published in the jl855 FAQ. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. jl855 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the jl855 account holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jl855 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits must only be made from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. jl855 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal and to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jl855 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each promotion at the time it is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl855 strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses and promotional offers. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine play; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers. jl855 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. jl855 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonus funds.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the jl855 platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on the jl855 platform — including slots, virtual card games, and bingo — use certified random number generation systems supplied by licensed and independently audited game providers. jl855 does not control, override, or manipulate the outcomes of any game. Certified RNG systems ensure that each game outcome is statistically independent of all previous outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity failure during a game round, jl855's system logs shall be used as the definitive record of game outcomes and account balances at the time of the malfunction. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous game outcome or an incorrect payout, jl855 reserves the right to void the affected game round and restore the account balance to its state immediately prior to the affected round.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer as captured by the game studio's camera systems and recorded in real time. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, the video recording of the relevant game round shall be the definitive record. Live dealer game rules are governed by the rules of the specific game variant in play and are displayed within the game interface.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl855 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl855 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold any funds associated with that account pending investigation.

• Using any software, robot, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to access, interact with, or manipulate any part of the jl855 platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live dealer games and poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jl855 platform or in any game for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discovered bug must be reported to jl855 support immediately.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to misrepresent your actual geographic location or to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, stolen identities, or fraudulent chargeback requests.
• Accessing the jl855 platform if you are under the age of 21 or if you have been self-excluded from jl855 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jl855 staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the jl855 platform.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jl855

jl855 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; regulatory requirements; or at jl855's discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.2 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed by jl855 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that cannot be linked to prohibited conduct or outstanding wagering obligations may be returned at jl855's discretion following investigation. Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily, any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

8.3 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their jl855 account at any time by contacting the jl855 support team. Before closing your account, please ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that your account balance is zero, or that you have requested a withdrawal of your remaining balance. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl855 platform — including but not limited to the jl855 logo, brand name, website design, user interface, graphics, game artwork, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of jl855 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl855 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jl855 content; use jl855's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the jl855 platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl855 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl855 platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds due to technical malfunction beyond jl855's reasonable control; interruptions to platform availability; unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or actions taken by jl855 in accordance with these Terms.

jl855's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

jl855 collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account and using the jl855 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl855 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, other Philippine regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required to do so by applicable law. jl855 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. 12 Responsible Gaming

jl855 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jl855 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jl855 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your session duration and net gaming result.

13 Amendments

jl855 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl855 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulations — may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated each time changes are made. Your continued use of the jl855 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jl855 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jl855's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first contact jl855 support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute before initiating formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
